Set back from the golden stretch of Marine Parade in Mount Maunganui, Casa Positano is a sophisticated multi-unit townhouse development built by the National Award winning team at Calley Homes. Designed as a refined retreat—true to the Latin roots of "Positano" meaning pausa or "place to stop"—these homes offer calm, comfort, and coastal elegance at every turn.

Project Feature: Townhouse Two
We had the pleasure of curating a flooring palette that would enhance the home’s architectural detailing and lifestyle focus. Throughout the main living areas, entry, and custom bespoke stairs, we installed Creative Flooring’s Euro Oil Oak Engineered Timber, in a premium grade Half Graphite with a semi-matt finish. This choice offers a rich, contemporary tone that grounds the open-plan interiors while complementing the abundance of natural light and the soft textures throughout the space.

The Euro Oak timber flooring is designed to evolve with the home—developing a rich patina over time that adds depth and character. Its natural oil finish not only enhances the timber’s beauty but also allows for easy maintenance and rejuvenation, ensuring the floor continues to look its best for years to come.
It's a perfect balance of luxury underfoot and everyday practicality.
From the spacious light-filled entry with its oversized pivot door and custom staircase, to the upper-level living that flows seamlessly to a cantilevered ocean-view deck, every material has been chosen to reflect quality and intention. The timber flooring brings cohesion and depth to the open-plan layout, harmonising with oak cabinetry, stone surfaces, and high-spec finishes.

In the rest zones—bedrooms and quiet retreats—we supplied Bremworth’s Levante carpet in Glazed Grey, a beautifully textured loop pile that adds warmth, softness, and durability.
Casa Positano is a beautiful expression of relaxed sophistication, and we’re proud to have helped lay the foundation underfoot.
