As always The annual Master Builder House of the Year Awards were a huge success with many of our builders involved in award winning projects. As with past years Gerrand Floorings sponsor the Lifestyle Interior Design Award at the event which was won this year by Calley Homes for their Heritage Renovation entry.
Here's a snapshot of some of the builder projects we were involved with as the flooring provider.
Calley Homes took out the Supreme the Supreme Renovation Award for this amazing Mount Maunganui home. This project was also awarded as the Regional category winner, a Gold Award and the Lifestyle Award for Outdoor Living.

The Harwood Homes team won the Builders Showhome Category which was highly competitive with seven entries. They were also awarded Gold for the project 🏆🏆

Kuriger Builders took a silver Award away for this renovation. Once it was a conventional brick and tile home. One that didn’t reveal the captivating north-facing view that was hiding in the shadows. Enter, then, a 7.7-metre wide curved, faceted window, glazed with 21.1mm laminated glass. The result? A 180-degree eye-stopping panorama, graced by four substantial portals and three-metre high sliding doors.

Calley Homes took a Gold Award away for this stunning home in Matua.
The 340sqm architecturally designed home built over the edge of the Matua ridge takes in a great sweep of Tauranga Harbour across to the port, Mount Maunganui and Mauao. And there’s no doubt the quality of the views is matched by craftsmanship and design. Split level and constructed with timber and steel, the sleek four-bedroom, three-bathroom house is clad in large-format tiles, vertical cedar, shiplap and aluminium.
